Escribo esta reseña especial para la encargada de Villa Serena la atencion y cuidados con mi suegra fueron excelentes en Villa Serena 1 las mujeres son esmeradas y pacientes. Pero como todo en este pais todo lo ven como negocio y pierden la parte humana mi suegra estuvo 6 meses y murio en Agosto 2018 alli mismo y los administradores no tuvieron la delicadeza de llamar para dar el pesame una carta ni nada para dar de baja a su cliente. Cuando vas a entrar a tu familiar te llaman atienden y envían el contrato cuando mueres ni BYE BYE Espero que Roxanna lea esto y sea mejor comerciante eso es Post Venta señora no todo es cobrar y hacer dinero hay detalles en la vida que marcan la diferencia. Mas cuando trabaja con gente que ya va al cielo o al infierno. ??? DTB
