My mother rented here for over 2 years. Initially, this building was owned and managed by the Grace Lutheran Foundation and was fantastic. However, it was sold to Riverbend Rentals & Property Management and is now managed by Mary Proznik who sorely neglects the plethora of issues with the building and its residents. The common areas are rarely cleaned and poorly maintained. The laundry facilities go through various forms of disrepair with machines left unfixed for months. Property goes missing. Manager has been known to verbally evict residents when they are voicing their concerns -- This is elder abuse. (I did notify the management company when this happened and received absolutely no response or acknowledgement about the occurrence). I would strongly caution against renting at this facility.
