The staff are very well trained and personable. You are greeted with a smile when you come into their building. Their residents are treated with so much respect and patience and the activities are plentiful. The building is very clean and well maintained.<br>You can tell the team at Heritage cares!

Heritage Court Memory Care of Eau Claire is a gem in creating a true home for it's residents. The entire staff is loving and supportive in its responsibilities. During visits day or night, I have found staff so helpful especially Anne the Concierge, and also kind and patient and playful with each and every resident.<br><br>I was in search of a memory care place for respite stays for my mother. I had researched, emailed, called and/or visited more than ten facilities. I chose Heritage Court Memory Care and it was an outstanding decision. From the initial meetings with Mackenzie the Director and Cherylin the Community Liason and Kelsey, the Nursing Director, I was beyond impressed by their compassion, responsiveness and kindness offered. Everyone from management and staff, kitchen, cleaning, maintenance and a very special shout out to the Activity Director, Natalie who work so hard to keep residents, safe and healthy and offer a variety of music, activities and projects that are not only entertaining but foster community. In addition to being impeccably clean, the layout of the building is safe and secure but also simple for memory care folks to navigate. My mother especially enjoyed access to the courtyard with gardens and ample sun and shade to relax.<br>This exceptional team of caretakers have gone above and beyond to make my mother's home away from home loving, caring, joyful, and specific to her individual needs. Another welcome aspect is there is little staff turnover, we are pleased to meet with the same folks throughout multiple stays. Without hesitation I can wholeheartedly recommend Heritage Court Memory Care.

My mother was a resident at Heritage Court for 20 months. I was extremely pleased with the level of care she received. The staff works as a team and regardless of their title or job description, they truly care for the residents. I highly recommend Heritage Court for anyone looking for a compassionate and caring assisted living facility.

The food changes daily and is quite delicious.<br>There is a beautiful court yard.<br>Daily coffee/hot cocoa and exercise. Along with many more fun and exciting activities, like balloon volleyball.<br>You can really tell that the staff here really care for those who live there. The staff really take effort into making the residents smile every day, feel well cared for and loved.
