AWFUL, AWFUL,AWFUL accommodations. She was there for therapy out of hospital. 3days no therapy. She got a bed with absolutely no room at all. You shared a room. Workers were very nice and tried to help as much as they could. I guess this is privately owned. Absolutely disgusting. Swatting flies constantly. Can not understand how state would allow thus place to operate the way they do

Meadowbrook always has the best interests of its residents in mind. Staff meet daily to discuss resident care and changes. Concerns are addressed immediately with both the resident and their responsible parties. I would not think twice to refer my loved one to this facility if they needed nursing home care, and the assisted living facility on the other side is a great place for your loved one who has a little more independence but still needs regular care and supervision as well.
