I visited someone who lives there. It seemed to be nice and clean. The help was friendly.

This is a very aggressive department. My 22 year old knees have been altered by this therapy department. I brought up my concerns to the Manager who diminished my concerns and was very unprofessional with the way she talked to me. I felt unheard. I am an 82 year retired RN. I have concerns for those Residents that cannot express their con cerns. If you have a loved one getting therapy, stay involved and monitor their care. I do not recommend this department. There are also billing issues.
