Our family is so grateful for the care my mother received at Meadow Peak over the past year. The nursing staff were attentive and compassionate, and it was clear they genuinely cared about her well-being. The administration team was always responsive and easy to work with, and the housekeeping staff kept everything clean and comfortable. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to make sure she enjoyed her meals — she had special dietary needs, and they always made sure those were carefully accommodated. Most importantly, she was treated with dignity and respect every single day, right to the end. We felt she was in truly good hands. Highly recommended.

WORST EXPERIENCE! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My mom only lasted 5 days in there and was back in the hospital. She didn’t like it from the start, the food & staff. When she first arrived to the facility it was around 3-4pm; I went to visit my mom around 9pm that same night & she said she never got any dinner, I had to go up to the nurses station to ask them to give her something to eat. My mom had a surgery on her hip before getting to the facility, when she got admitted back up to the same hospital the doctors & nurses were concerned because she had on the same dressing from when she left the hospital 5 days ago. They have NO sense of urgency! My mom also had a scab near her nostril from her surgery & my mom said one of the nurses wanted to clean it & remove it but my mom is on blood thinners & told her it won’t stop bleeding if she removes it, didn’t listen & removed it anyways & it ended up bleeding the whole night which she ended up in the ER & needed a blood transfusion because she lost a lot of blood. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

It’s hard to put into words how grateful our family is for the care my mother received at this skilled nursing facility. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion. They not only cared for her medical needs but also took the time to make her feel comfortable, valued, and supported every day.

The nurses, aides, therapists, and entire team were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. Their patience and encouragement made a difficult time much easier for both my mother and our family. Knowing she was in such caring hands gave us tremendous peace of mind.

We are truly thankful for the exceptional care and support she received. The dedication and compassion shown by the staff made a lasting impact on our family, and we will always be grateful. We highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care for a loved one.

This facility was beautiful and the people were nice. Although there was horrible communication throughout my mother's stay (about a month). It seems like they are caring and willing to help but when it came down to the communication nothing ever got resolved. Meds were always delivered late which lead to periods of pain and uncomfort and restrooms calls took long then they should. Overall would have chosen a different facility.
