named She called me to say she would move my lady to a different room, but I asked her not to proceed until I could be there. I arrived around 3:30 PM.
When I arrived, showed me the new room. After I expressed my wish to deny the room change, she began to attack me verbally.
My lady was alone in a room by the window, adjacent to another resident described as being disruptive. Instead of handling the situation calmly, escalated the confrontation.
I had tipped a staff member $40. then accused me and pushed back, which felt like harassment and intimidation.
The response from the staff included calling the police, which was a stressful and unwarranted escalation. I felt unfairly targeted and unsafe.
Overall, the interaction was unprofessional, intimidating, and failed to protect the well-being of my lady. I expected respectful, supportive, and calm handling of room changes and resident safety.
