They have my mother case for a week now Monday The aid was late coming went to the center with my mom stayed on the phone the whole time Tuesday the same thing until one of the employers at my mother day center asks what is she to do cuz she sits on her phone in the back room Wednesday we sent her home cuz she was on the phone the whole entire time in the living room while my mother was in the bedroom did not know how to clean the bathroom Thursday no show called me at 5:00 in the morning but did not call the agency Friday no show Monday today 4:22 was going at 11:00 mind you my mother has over a 9 hour a day service, Raven and Mark play games My mother is not a toy and I have a email backing up everything I'm saying this in this review they are very small agency probably four to five why would you send her back here if we had so many complaints and then try to avoid our conversation when we call shameful

Go through a different agency if possible its bot worth the stress or drama that comes with the service. I'm the 9 years that I have done home care never have I met a nurse that challenges everything and that has the most toxic attitude I've ever seen
