I’ve worked with Maxim Healthcare for some time and experienced issues with my PTO not being calculated correctly. Despite providing documentation and following up multiple times, the process to resolve it was delayed and unclear. This impacted my ability to plan and manage my time effectively.<br><br>The issue has since been reviewed and corrected. I appreciate that it was resolved, but the process could have been handled more efficiently.

We had the best experience with Maxim Healthcare in The Villages. The staff was professional and attentive, and communication was consistent throughout the process. I appreciated the service and how respectful the team was. Based on my experience, I would recommend them to everyone!!

This is by far THE WORST home care company I have ever worked for!! Nurses, do NOT waste your time and energy on this clusterfucc of a so called company. They schedule multiple nurses for a shift in case one doesn’t show up. The office staff are complete imbeciles, braindead and incompetent. They seriously hire anyone with a pulse for case managers. It’s a total fiasco with this nightmare company. And the patients will tell you that!! Maxim is a total joke. RUN from this company. They get an F rating all the way around. Complete buffoons!!
