We’ve been working with Maxim Healthcare’s Spring office for our son’s care, and while our experience hasn’t been perfect, it’s been held together by the incredible dedication of a few key people—especially Maria. Her care, attention, and advocacy have made all the difference. Without her and our core team of regular nurses, we would likely be searching for another provider. Huge shoutout to Steve, Lane, Danielle, and Jacqueline—each of them consistently shows up ready to work, fully present, and committed to giving our son the care he needs and deserves. Their reliability and compassion have been a true gift to our family. Everyone at the Spring office has been kind and professional, and we appreciate their efforts. That said, the ongoing challenge of fully staffing our son’s case has made our experience fall short of five stars—not due to lack of effort, but simply the reality of the situation. We’re grateful for the team we do have, and especially for Maria’s unwavering support. She’s the glue holding it all together.
