We switched to Maxim when my dad needed more hours than our previous excellent provider could cover. The first Maxim caregiver canceled 3 times in the first week. The 2nd was very good with my dad and showed up as scheduled, but she left for college and we got a 3rd person. In the week she was assigned to us, she canceled 3 times, was late when she did show up, and left us in the lurch twice, causing me to have to reschedule appointments so I could stay with Dad. Not a good experience with Maxim.

I’ve been working for this company for a year now and it has been the fastest year ever. I love how kind and understanding they are when it comes to weather or my pregnancy. My biggest problem has been with consistency of providers. For more than a few month it seemed I'd have a different provider which make it wasteful having to do a half hour tour of where things are and how things are done.i was ready to change a few times but now with Pam things have improved greatly- she's my regular and we get along great, her work ethic is fantastic and on top of that she is super personable. Inconsistency drives me crazy but it's not an issue now.
