I gave this place a call to offer volunteering… the person I needed to talk to was unavailable and my name was put on a list which I had no problem with. They said they would get back to me later that day. I called way later in the day and was told to call back in the morning when the person I needed to talk to would be there. I called back and was talked to very disrespectfully with horrible attitude and the phone being hung up before saying goodbye. I offered my free help and was disrespected, I am now volunteering for a different place and they were incredibly kind along with easy to work with!

Awesome facility and staff. Janessa was our first contact, made us feel welcome, guided us through process and gave us a personal tour. She and other staff make us and my mother feel like family. I Whole heartedly highly recommend Aspen Creek for your family member(s). Thank you Aspen Creek.

Aspen Creek is a home away from home, when you need it the most.<br>The staff was wonderful to work with, always taking time to answer questions. The nurses and care-givers are kind and compassionate, they knew her by name and treated her with respect and dignity.<br>Not only is this place beautiful but the residents have fun outings and activities to attend.<br>Also, this is the cleanest facility I have ever been to.<br>My mother lived there until her passing.<br>I highly recommend Aspen Creek.

Aspen is a wonderful place to be. They have great caregivers that they call Carepartners and amazing office staff. They are very open and easy to talk to. They have activities for the residents on the daily! The awesome activity gals really are great convincing residents to have some fun. Then they even have a memory care that is a locked unit for loved ones suffering from Alzheimer’s & Dementia. The carepartners are specifically trained in taking care of loved ones with dementia and they do such an amazing job. I highly recommend Aspen if you are considering putting your loved one!

My aunt has been in Aspen Creek Senior living for a few months now and we have had a great experience there. The facility is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They are very caring and responsive to us and are taking great care of her.
