I feel so disappointed with Maxim staff because my grandson received nursing care for probably a total of over 10 years. My grandson passed in March and we received no formal condolences, flowers, not even a card from the office. They don’t even sympathize with the family, I don’t recommend them to anyone who wants their family member to feel like more than just a case to make money from. You guys really need to hire staff who has the passion and heart for their patients, especially your clinical supervisor!

Worked here as a lpn and rn , had me on a case and had another nurse come in to replace me and didn’t tell me anything, Also kept getting my check wrong. I feel like they were just stealing because they kept putting it in as travel time when they had to give my money back. Also, they “ Let me go” because they kept offering me cases that I wasn’t comfortable taking. After Rick left, everything went to shit.

Maxim has exceeded my expectations on every level! Having a 1 pound baby was really tough and not what I expected and after 193 days in the NICU, we were so excited to bring our baby boy home but uncertain about how we were going be able to do it all. Maxim came in and ensured that we receive the highest quality of care and the best nurse fit for our family. The team at Maxim is empathetic, efficient, and understanding. The nurse that we have is like family and our baby truly loves her. The leadership team ensures that we have everything that we need and deals with issues in a timely manner. I am not able to say enough good things about Maxim and the level of care they provide. Being a working mom to a baby with special needs is tough but Maxim accommodates my schedule and figures out how to take the burden off of me just a little. Our family is forever grateful!

I have been with Maxim for 4 years since my son was released from NICU after birth. I have had nothing but awesome nurses to help care for my child since I’ve been with the company. Highly recommended to help care for your love one. 5 stars
