Horrible experience been waiting for a new CNA since the end of January and it’s now almost May. I’m disabled in a wheelchair and can’t care for myself and I feel like they care less.

I heard this was one of the best home healthcare agencies. I think they only keep their reputation because they’ll only take you as a client if you need care 8 am to 5 pm and your shift is eight hours. That’s babysitting/companion care hours, not home healthcare. If you need personal card, look elsewhere. I’m giving two stars only because they were nice.

Maxim kept their staff informed about Covid vaccine availability and arranged for staff to have access to a vaccine clinic by early January! Nice job, thank you!

Poor communication with many staff with scheduling and patient needs. Lower pay rates than many other companies. They do offer a good emergency coverage rate though..
