I would like to take the time out to brag about a person that not only helped me and my sibling’s get our mother the care she needed, she was a key player in making sure all the boxes were checked off to make it possible for my mother get accepted into Matlock Place. Nicole is a true professional who takes pride in giving exceptional service and she have a serving heart to ensure you and family gets the service you deserve and need. Nicole is an example of a true leader. She listens to your concerns and needs, and with her years of experience and skill set in her industry she executes exactly what she said she will do for the patient and the family to ensure a stress free transition. Nicole, is most definitely an asset to the Matlock Place organization and her value speaks loudly through her hard work, determination and dedication to making sure families love ones get the proper care and attention they deserve.

A few years ago, we put my mom in that home facility because she was only three blocks from me. Her first night there the Night Shift nurses did not give her her medication when she needed it and when she asked for it, they said get back in your room and stop begging. That didn’t sit well to me. I went up there the next night To share my concerns with diplomacy. I told him what was said and the nurses that were involved and I told him that they need to treat their elderly people much better than what they do because one day you might be here. And I said I really don’t want to get any more bad news on this because it won’t be good now please treat my mother as well as other people right. I said it right in front of the administrator and the next day I got a good report for my mom. But needless to say after about three days, she moved back to her previous place and not too long after that she passed away. From reading the negative reviews that appears at this place has not changed a bit.
