My mom had health issues that made her difficult to place. We were disappointed when Marshfield was the only place that accepted her. The reviews scared us. Now we are incredibly grateful! The staff was amazing. They genuinely loved and cared for my parents. They went above and beyond to help make the transition easier for them. They loved on them, even checking in on them on their days off. They made them feel special, making it easier for all of us during a difficult time. My mom’s rehab was some the best she received (she was in 4 other facilities). She even ate the food here without complaining (she was a great cook and very picky!).Everything was always clean. The staff always kind and thoughtful. Unfortunately our time here was shorter than expected due to my mom’s sudden passing, but I would not hesitate to recommend placement here. Some of the staff even came to her funeral even though she was only there a few short weeks. Don’t let the old reviews scare you. This is a top notch facility.
