Marshall Pines has been a godsend for my father. He is 92 with vascular dementia. The director and staff are very kind to families and especially to their residents. When he arrived in August, he had been mostly sitting in front of the tv for years and eating poorly. He couldn’t walk well without his cane, but now he does! He also eats well - the food is top notch. He participates in daily activities - their calendar is full every day with something meaningful to do. They celebrate holidays and birthdays and have events for families and residents to enjoy together. The facility is very nicely decorated, clean, and well-kept. I highly recommend Marshall Pines!

Marshall Pines is truly an example of assisted living, memory care at its finest. The facility is adequately staffed and will provide the best of care for your loved one at a reasonable price. Mom always thought of Marshall Pines as her home and she love the staff and friends as if she had known them for years. The staff really worked at caring and making sure that Mom was well taken care of. The meals were great tasting and nutritious and the facility and grounds were always well taken care of.<br><br>All that being said, my family was very proud that we had mom in their care. We could have taken her elsewhere, spent a lot more, and received a lot less. We checked numerous places before deciding on Marshall Pines and I am glad that we chose them and that she was taken care of there. I recommend Marshall Pines to anyone needing that level of memory care. I highly recommend Kelly Pough and her entire staff as true professionals in their profession. They will always be family to us! Well done!

It was time for daddy to get the care of Memory Care. Marshall Pines has been wonderful! Nothing can make Alzheimer's disease be a good thing, but he is comfortable, clean, attended to, well fed and most days are good happy days for him. He loves the music, garden and meditation room. The staff tolerate difficult behaviors' with ease. I love that the staff stays consistent too. Management has been great helping me navigate the complex systems (Medicare and Hospice) and have kept us updated on daddy's situations. All of this is hard. But words can not express enough how grateful I am to Marshall Pines for giving me peace of mind that daddy is okay. Special thanks to Kellie Pugh, Administrator.
