I love the new check in process. It was very easy and quick. It makes me feel more secure about people that could be unauthorized, not being able to have access to patients and staff. I feel more comfortable that, a positive step is being taken & keeping my Mom safe!

This facility needs to be shut down. The smell is horrible. You cannot even visit your family without getting sick from the smell. No one’s helping these people. Somebody needs to shut this place down ASAP.!!!!! It is unlawful unsanitary and smells like a dirty Porta potty! ITS REALLY BAD!!!!!!! And I wouldn’t have gave them a star but that’s the only way I can submit this feedback….. SMH!! Shame!!!

My mom is here after having a stroke on December and the only thing I can say good about this place is the front desk people are very nice. PT is good with the right people on duty. My mom tells me everyday that her and her roommate sit in soiled diapers for hours until someone decides to come and change them. No one is taking the time to help my mom be independent.

The staff are PHENOMENAL, from the front desk, to the nursing aids, nurses, physical therapists to the meal servers! Everyone is so friendly and quick to answer any questions or concerns that may arise! They have taken such good care of my grandmother, since she has been a patient here,I absolutely recommend this place for rehabilitation services!

My mother is currently being cared for here after a fall in February. The staff are like family with each other and show compassion and kindness to the patients and residents. Any time I've had any questions, the staff have been very helpful. The activity department and physical therapy are excellent. The building is older but the care is more important in my opinion. My mother has told me that she trusts the care she is given and feels safe.
