If I could give this place a zero I would, I don’t see how this place stays open! Residents coming to neighboring stores and restaurants begging for money, stating they don’t get fed well, food has roaches. Coming into these stores looking unkept clothes barely fitting or looking dirty. What goes on at this place? Do they have aides to help them look presentable? I feel bad for whom ever family members are here

I would have given this place a negative ZERO!! I cannot understand how this building passes the inspection codes🤔 it’s disgusting how the residents are treated, nurses are extremely rude and unprofessional! The food looks like dog food. I had a family member there . On a couple different occasions cockroach was found in the food. The place has a bad odor and never kept up. Thankfully once I found out what was going on with my family member i immediately had them discharged! The state will be hearing from me. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Recap, I took my brother here. Initial interview went well. Then the person in change talked to where he presently lives. After I was told he had to be 70 years old. OMG 😰😳😰 someone please explain. ???

There is a nurse in charge of medication . Very unprofessional. She was talking over me. Not listening to anything I was saying she hung up on me. . I won't want her to represent my company.
