I recently had the opportunity to visit this facility and was very impressed. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The team appears to be strong, engaged, and committed to providing quality care. It’s clear that a great deal of hard work has gone into creating such a positive environment, and leadership should be proud of what they’ve built. Thank you for the warm welcome and the opportunity to learn more about your organization.

My wife has been at Maplewood about three years with Alzheimer's. We lived in Norfolk Nebraska for 25 years and Barb was in a facility there about two and a half years. When I decided to move back to Wisconsin it wasn't hard to choose a facility where I wanted Barb to reside. We had a long history with Maplewood, Barb's folks were some of the first residents at Maplewood's assisted living facility. A few months they moved to the nursing facility, Barbs mom resided there for many years and we never had any issues with the home. A few years later my mom moved to Maplewood and resided there for eight years. Again we never had any issues with the care she received and the family has always been very satisfied with staffing and overall attention given to details. It was very easy to make the decision to move Barb to Maplewood once I had decided to move back to Wisconsin. Barb has a wonderful guardian angel as a roommate who watches her back and would report to me any issues I would have to address. Thank you Maplewood for your loving care, attention to details, and overall care provided to your residents. God bless you all as you carry out your daily tasks. Dennis
