This place was depressing when I walked in their building 🏫🏫 my dad is a patient there the room that he's in is so depressing they need to make it look better and to make it feel like the home if people are staying living there they need to add some color to their walls or pictures they have nothing but plain white walls and and they need to take care of the patients more there are some that stay smelling like pee all day long you can't even eat there because it the smell of a pee is horrible and just having that smell around you and I'm trying to eat it's not very good and that makes a person lose their appetite I try to eating some food with my dad when I was there and I couldn't even do it because that smell was so horrible ever since my dad got there they don't do nothing with him they don't try to get him out of bed take him for a walk or anything he stayed in bed all day so I'm going to be taking him out of that place and bring them home with me it's like they don't care about you a week after you've been there so I do not recognize this place for anybody to bring their loved ones here because they will go quickly it's not a very good place to see it's depressing even my dad said that it's ugly and depressing me and that smell is horrible and he doesn't even have an appetite if there is a no-star I would give a no star

Please, I beg of you, find a different Post Acute facility. 1to2 hour waits when you push the nurse call button. Ran out of critical wound vac canisters. If you have wounds that need daily attention or a wound vac in my opinion, I would NOT recommend Mapleton Post Acute.

My dad has moved to this place and he said it is very depressing he's in a small room with two other people one person yells all the time and it smells like pee really bad I went to go visit him and the room was so make me feel so depressed that place is depressing place they don't pay attention to you when you need help with something and they don't I suggest if anybody was ever to think about putting their loved ones in this place don't do it because it's not a good place my dad doesn't even want to be there anymore he said it's so depressing and he smells pee all day I guess the people there must not pay attention to the patients because the room's constantly smelling like pee they said that they were supposed to move him to a different room and they still haven't moved down and it's been like a week already I think all nursing homes they only pay attention to you for the first couple days and then they forget about you and it's awful I am going to begin my dad out of that place and bringing him home with me because he does not need to be at that place at all if there was a no star I would give this place a no star that's how bad this place is I don't recommend putting anybody there

My mother is a resident at Mapleton. She has been to several different facilities as her condition changes. This is by far her favorite place she has lived since leaving home. She loves it at Mapleton!
