I have lived at Maple gardens two months. It's a very nice place. It's a peaceful place to live. It tends to have a regular group of staff. The staff does help but they are short staffed. So waiting can be hard. The nurses are thorough. This place is very very very cheap about food and supplies. The food here is very bad. I enjoy the staff here as well as the other residents.most of the staff care about you here.

Do not ever send anyone you love here, My dad was there for 3 days and they basically killed him by not watching him properly, he went to the hospital and got released to maple gardens, he was fine then he lost his mind and we couldn't contact him, they ignored all of mine and my sisters calls and finally called my sister 4 hours later to let us know that he was found unresponsive, he died. It was their fault, I'm not saying that out of grief I am saying that because it is 100% the truth, they wouldn't even give him his daily medication they denied it to him and denied me bringing in his bottles prescribed straight from the doctor because he had to see "their doctor" first even know this was all medication he had been on every day for years of his life, heart medicine, blood pressure, blood thinners, potassium, they did not care one bit. I woke up to One missed call on my phone where you would think that they would call multiple times they did not I called them back and all I said was I missed a call from you guys is my dad dead? And all the receptionist said was "unfortunately he is." I didn't even have to tell them my name or anything they knew exactly who I was talking about. They knew what they had done. This place is sick, don't ever send your loved ones there or you will regret it for the rest of your life like I do.

My father was here for two days.<br>We were unable to reach him on his personal phone which is unusual. My sisters and I called maple gardens multiple times, for over 4 hours trying to get someone to check on our father. The most we got was a nurse will call you back. The only call we got was to inform us he was found unresponsive. He didn't make it. Maple Gardens is negligent at best, do not make the mistake I did. You'll regret it forever.
