We are forever grateful for the service and care our parents received from Maple Creek Home Health & Hospice. They took away so much worry and concern for our family. They have a fantastic staff. Wade and Whitney their nurses are wonderful, and was always so kind and compassionate with each of them. They answered all their questions and concerns. Their CNAs are the best. They took such care of their daily needs. They were always so supportive and reassuring to them. My parent’s favorite time of the day was when the staff came to their home, and cared for them. My Father and Mother considered them such great friends. Thank you for the wonderful care your compay provided our family. We are so grateful for their professionalism, support, and care.
