My wife lived at Ashford for more than 9 years. The CNAs were sensitive to her needs and treated her with respect. She was comfortable living in the assisted living environment.

When my brother's wife passed away last August, he was in major mental decline and was on 24/7 care in the home. He was so far away from me and the cost of the care was prohibitive, so I started looking for an assisted-living facility for him close to me. I live in Springville and wanted a place where he would be well taken care of, where I could feel good about having him live. Two of my neighbors who had had parents live there highly recommended the Ashford. We moved him in last October and have been very pleased with his care! Rebecca made the sign-up process so easy and worked with our timeline. Lisa and all the receptionists never seem to have a bad day! They smile and welcome me every time I come. And, the CNAs, the ones who actually take care of my brother are so positive about him and kind to him. Not only do they know my brother by name, they know what he needs specifically and take such good care of him. If he has run out or needs something, they let me know. If he is struggling, they let me know and talk to me about ways to help him. If there is a medical question, they have a nurse at the facility and a nurse practitioner who comes in to check on the patients every week who contact me with any concerns. I visit my brother a number of times each week and have gotten to know the CNAs that care for him. I feel a deep appreciation for each one of them and the work they do everyday not only with my brother but with all of the residents. They care for each of them. I am so glad to have my brother living at the Ashford!

As a senior living advisor and provider of home health and hospice services in Utah County - I would one hundred percent recommend the Ashford of Springville. I have toured the community many times and it is always clean and inviting. I have also, volunteered in this community for events and have had very positive interactions with the caregivers and the community nurse, Jordan. This community has a lot if staff which makes the care at this community exceptional. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an Assisted Living on the south end of Utah County.

My husband has dementia. I moved him to Ashford Memory Care of Springville with the expectation that they would know how to meet the needs of a person with dementia. My husband has been urinating on the floor at times for a year, which is common with people who have dementia. I told the director and others about this when I met with them to take care of the paperwork, payment, etc. And moved him in on January 27, 2026. After just 3 months and 11 days, I received notice that he was being evicted because he had been urinating on the floor! He was finally settling into his new life, and we have grown to love many of his one-on-one caregivers there, and they said they love him. This has been devastating, especially the realization of how such a move could affect my husband. All the care centers we contacted, as we were looking for a new place, were surprised and said that they treat issues with residents who urinate where they shouldn’t regularly. Fortunately, it has worked out for the best. We have found a place that is more organized, with clear processes in place, consistency, and more staff. In comparison, it seems like Ashford was understaffed. Best of all, my husband was able to handle the move with only a little distress.
