I wish that I could put a negative star. It is really sad and disturbing that you can not trust that your love one would be taking care of properly! It’s even more disturbing that the community of Desoto Parish does not have a compassionate and reliable facility in the need of rehabilitation and long term care! If you have a love one there go and be active be seen and be a advocate !

How can someone not tell family members a significant decline of their family member within a 2 month period? They lied to us and didn’t say anything, that she was fine, and she wasn’t fine, and she’s not. This could’ve maybe been prevented, but because of your uncaring and highly unprofessional staff my grandmother is in a bad state. I lay awake at night thinking how could people sleep at night doing people or a human this way. My heart hurts now, and what is the cost? So, no I would not put your family member here.

Not very beautiful, was undergone paint updates, but facility is old and ran down. nurse and tech only come when you ring for them. Don't have a strong therapy center within the facility, the food was great but some nurses are more skilled than others. This is a nursing home it's not as facility for some one who needs rehab.
