The community is only about five years old, beautifully maintained, and always clean. The staff is caring, friendly, and consistently professional.A few team members especially stood out during our experience. Resident Assistant Rosa is an absolute sweetheart. She took extra time to share helpful tips that made our family’s transition so much easier. Sabrina serves with a genuine heart, offering thoughtful, detailed care in the most loving way. Melanie, the activities director, brings so much joyful energy that residents can’t help but join in the fun. And Chef Pedro ensures every meal is not only healthy but full of flavor—residents rave about the food daily.While these individuals shined, the truth is that the entire staff, along with the residents, are warm, welcoming, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Manor Lake is a comfortable, uplifting place to be, and we are grateful for the care our loved one receives there.
