Just want to say what a great job and attitude Skye in the assist dining room has been. All the young ladies take great care of my sister. Skye is just a ray of sunshine never a scowl on her face always a smile with a can do attitude. Thank you Skye

Update: They needed the private room for a quarantined patient. So Mom is now in a double. She fell the 4th of Oct. The positive: She has lots of room, and enjoyed her roomate. The negative: She has had rude and rough caregivers on this wing. We do not want that for our mother. She has had a rough time. She is 89. This is not alright with us. She has been there for 9 weeks. The kindness she had on the first hall, is much different here. We are in the process of getting her moved back to the first hall. You must stay on top of your loved one's care. First review: Our Mom fell and broke her left shoulder and hip. We disregarded the negative reviews on here, toured this facility, and really liked how bright and colorful the entire facility is. The others in the area were way too institutionalized. My Mom was able to get a private room and that has been such a blessing! The entire staff at this facility are top notch- sadly, there's just not enough of them. We feel like we need to be there 24-7 to meet her needs. The food is not too bad. She isn't very hungry, but she is able to find something on the menu she likes. Thank you for all you do. Thank you for doing your best for your patients. Update: They needed Mom's private room for a patient needing to be quarantined. She is now with a sweet roommate. She absolutely loves John, Grayson and Jasmine, and RN Kara. They have been wonderful with her.

My wife spent 4 weeks at the Manor. I found that they were very professional, experienced, and considerate of their patients. In particular, I'd like to commend Jasmine our CNA. She was the sweetest thing and so responsive to my wife's needs. Then there was George, the physical therapist, who worked so hard to help her get stronger. He also helped me to learn how to handle her better. Finally, Leslie, the speech therapist. She attentive as my wife's dietary needs changed. If she saw my wife needed something right away, she would arrange it.

My sister was in The Manor at Blue Water Bay recently recovering from orthopedic surgery and received wonderful care from the warm, friendly and upbeat staff. The nurses and CNA's were very attentive to her medical and personal needs. Her Physical Therapist was excellent. His expertise, coordination with her orthopedic doctor, and encouragement brought my sister a long way in her physical ability. Social activities, musical performances, Sunday church services and outdoor garden patio are available for residents' enjoyment. The social workers made sure we had everything needed for her home safety, nursing, and PT care when discharged. I am so grateful for the dedicated and compassionate care given my sister at The Manor!

The Manor at Bluewater Bay is amazing. My sweet family friend Bill spent well over a year there before being called into Heaven at 98 years young. They loved on him and cared for him as if he was their own Dad or Grandpa. Jessika the nurse regularly cared for him when I visited on Fridays and the CNA's loved him as well. I couldn't have asked for better care for him!! Thank you all ❤️
