Great facility and great staff. Their admissions coordinator Brandy is top notch and she does a great job making the residents and families feel at home. They also just hired a new activities director :)

The initial interaction with the receptionist was enough for me to make an informed decision about this facility. When I called, I greeted her, introduced myself, and politely asked for her name. She responded only with, “I’m the receptionist.” I asked again, simply wanting to know who I was speaking with, and she replied, “I’m not giving you my name you don’t need to know my name.” That level of rudeness and lack of basic courtesy during a first point of contact is concerning. If this is how communication is handled upfront, I would not feel comfortable entrusting a loved one to this facility. Manchester Rehab I strongly encourage you to address phone etiquette and professionalism with your front desk staff.
