First let me point out, I owe the Administrator Mr Israel an apology. He did go above and beyond to try to help me. And I want to say they have the sweetest receptionist at the front that works 8 am to 3 pm . I want to say some of the staff doesn't care really about the patients, I have witness a lot of issues I also worked it in this fill for 15 to 18 years So I know what should take place and what shouldn't. . I say it's about 6 good CNAs on my mother's side, I can't speak for the other side and floors that are passionate about their work and just don't do it for the money. If anyone has a check coming in there and mail make sure y'all follow up on it because they intercept it without telling the residents I'm running into that problem right now. Oh and the place, it doesn't look nothing like the pictures they got online nothing at all, beds falling apart the phones look like they like 15 years old and dressers that won't close. And housekeeping the room is dirty , they just sweep and mop and trash. I have to go in and sanitize my mother's room for her. I also did housekeeping as well for 10 years as a manager to know how it should be cleaned. So think real careful before choosing this place. Oh almost forgot the social worker there I don't even know why they have her there her attitude stink the way she talked to people is messed up. She doesn't work for the residents like she should. But again I want to apologize to the Administrator Mr Israel, Thanks for helping me out with the issue that I had and that still ongoing but I appreciate you and your help. And in the Admission department I want to say thanks to Mrs Lisa. And this is a real review!

The nursing home is truly wonderful. The administration staff goes above and beyond every day they are professional, caring, and always attentive to residents and families. The administrator is always present, checking in with families, making sure residents are comfortable, and leading the team with genuine care. Everything runs smoothly, and everyone is treated with kindness and respect. I couldn’t ask for a better team!

When Cooper hospital recommended Majestic for my mom's rehab, I wasn't sure if I wanted to have her in a Camden facility. I was thinking about how difficult parking would be but was happy to find that they give you a parking voucher and the parking garage was right behind the facility. Staff there treated us like family and really made sure all our questions were answered. The therapy department is excellent. I strongly recommend

My uncle stayed at Majestic and they treated him with so much compassion. The staff was so loving and caring and treated with the up most respect and dignity. There are loving in caring facilities in Camden NJ and Majestic is definitely one of them. I would certainly recommend this facility to everyone I know that’s in the Camden area. People think that you have to go out of the area to get good care. That’s certainly not true you can get Great Care, right here in Camden and the facility is Majestic Center for Rehabilitation.
