We went to visit my father-in-law who is here for therapy. The facility was very clean and the nurses and CNAs were very nice and polite. They answered all of our questions patiently. I've also stayed with patients as a caregiver in this facility and I can say that they treat their patients well and they really focus on cleanliness. The therapy department is also top notch!

Facility is not very clean. Prescription pills were found under the beds. Staff is friendly but not overly attentive to residents. Scheduled meds are not given according to doctors orders. Residents are left in pain often crying for hours. The meals are very disgraceful and lack proper nutrition. Anyone who wants to contact me feel free.
