My wife needed to go to a SNF facility. When the Admissions lady contacted me, I was worried about any facility since I didn't know anything about SNF services. Ms Tranessa was so amazing! She answered my questions and made me feel comfortable about coming here. My wife loves her time with North. The people are very caring and made sure her stay was comfortable. I will make sure to let everyone know that North id and older facikity, but they have a lot of care and love. Everyone is very knowledge and the van driver was amazing!!! THE Nurses and CNA's are also amazing.I would tell anyone that would need therapy NIMS would be an awesome place for treatment

Our family is so appreciative of the care, support and kindness that has been shown to our father during his rehab stay and the way the staff and director keep us posted on all aspects of dad’s care. Being a small family, it’s been a blessing to have a place and staff we trust with caring for our dad.
