I recently toured this skilled nursing facility while searching for the best possible care for my mother, who has dementia and requires around-the-clock support. This is not an easy decision for any family, but I can honestly say that Rasheika James made a world of difference in how I felt throughout the process. From the moment we met, Rasheika was incredibly professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. She took the time to walk me through every detail of the care my mother would receive, patiently answering all of my questions and making sure I fully understood each step. What truly stood out was her empathy—she recognized how emotional this decision is and went above and beyond to make me feel supported, reassured, and at peace. Rasheika didn’t just give a tour; she created an experience that helped ease my fears and gave me confidence that my mother would be in capable, caring hands. The facility itself was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, but it was Rachel’s kindness and dedication that truly set this place apart. If you are facing the difficult decision of placing a loved one in a care facility, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Rasheika. She is an absolute asset, and her compassion makes all the difference. Thank you, Rasheika, for making such a hard moment a little easier.
