This memory care facility is outstanding. The staff is excellent. They treated my family and my father with dignity and respect. They truly go the extra mile. If you have a family member in need of memory care, go tour the facility and meet the staff. I let the reviews stop me from touring the facility. It was a huge mistake on my part. Thank you so much Melissa & Nichole.

Love the way the staff treated the residents and other staff members. Clean and tidy building. Daily scheduled activities for the residents and good food!

I was a patient at Magnolia Manor East from April 15 to May 4th for rehabilitation for a broken shoulder! When I arrived I was denied pain medication for 19 hours even though my doctor said it was on their campus before my arrival! I saw roaches on the floor, they left me there and just turned on the light! I was Refused my pain medication routinely especially at night! They didn’t follow the Doctor’s orders or scheduling for it! The question my need for it with a broken, fractured shoulder and insinuated I was abusing my medication even though I was immobile and had no access to it. One nurse insisted I swallow capsules I couldn’t because of a throat condition I had surgery for in December and got angry at me when I just couldn’t swallow them. I went without that medication that night! I had one nurse removed from my room but that just made her nurse friends mad at me! I told the office manager what Was happening to me, they knew, and they knew I would tell everyone but didn’t care! What does that tell you? They’re not worried about people knowing! I will die before I would ever Return to this hell and my family knows it.The room was dirty and sheets weren’t changed unless you had accidents which I did twice because they didn’t answer their call button! This place was a nightmare! There are people living here who can’t speak out but I can and am and will! Someone will die there if changes aren’t made!
