My mom has been in the memory care portion for 3 years now and and I am very proud of the genuine care she has received while there. The staff is very friendly, they seem to have the residents best interest at heart, the food is good, and they have resolved any and all issues we have encountered up to this point. After visiting numerous other facilities in the area, I am very glad we decided on Magnolia Manor.

My experience is with the assistant living facility. The staff is very attentive to the residents and the residents are happy. I had a close and dear friend that was like a mom to me, reside at Magnolia Manor over a year. She was well taken care of and enjoyed the activities and staff.

My aunt had a rehab stay at Magnolia Manor East. Visited her a couple times. The building is not the newest, but the care she received was great. She said the staff was really nice and the therapists worked hard to get her to where she could go home. Social Services made sure the transition home went smoothly. The food was good and they have an alternate menu that you can order from. The facility could be a little cleaner in my opinion, but otherwise it’s not bad.

I was able to witness a close family member receive services(rehab) at Mongolia Manor West and I was very pleased. The employees starting from the Administrator, to the Therapist, and the nursing staff made my family feel welcome and at home. I would recommend this facility to anyone! Great place!

Magnolia Manor has been a lovely experience for my aunt. She moved here from a newer facility in town where she was not happy and where I found her care to be subpar. Everyone at Magnolia Manor has been so kind to her and so very helpful to me. They truly have my aunt's best interests at heart. My only regret is that I didn't move her here sooner! I cannot forget to mention, she LOVES the food!
