No response from the “temporary” Executive Director. I have reached out several times. Communication is lacking more now than ever before. We are seeing a lot of our neighbors move out and we are planning to move out as well. The last month here has been a complete disappointment.

Margie at the front desk is a great asset to this community. She genuinely loves the residents and it shows. Karen in the dining facility is very friendly and helpful also. Actually everyone I have met has really been nice and helpful.

This place is not just beautiful and clean but the staff makes you feel like home. The new Ed is so sweet and always with a smile. She went over and beyond to answer all the questions we had and we look forward to working with her. They had the red carpet going on when we visit for the new resident moving in which I thought was such a sweet gesture!

When my father-in-law was looking for an assisted living facility, it was important for it to feel welcoming and safe. Magnolia Bridge became that place for him and the family members are reminded of that every time they visit. The caring and personable staff have continued to make his time there enjoyable and the family has peace of mind knowing that someone is always concerned for his well being. We could not be more pleased with Magnolia Bridge.
