Great staff and amazing help from everyone who works there. Nurses and CNA are very helpful especially Yisel she is the best nurse and she was very compassionate and always had good customer service with a smile.

Day crew seems to be great BUT the night crew not so much. Pushed nurse button and no one came, 27 mins later I had to go find someone. I helped my mom in the bathroom and needed supplies so I pushed the button for nurse. I couldn't have her sit in the potty for that long so I tried it get her to bed and almost dropped her on the floor. This is the reason she's there because I cannot physically help her. If they would of come in I would of had help. A bunch of staff sitting at the nurses station doing nothing while we need help. The building is very hot so I had to bring in a fan. Not happy with this place. Will be looking for a new location next surgery. I know they have other people to take care of but this is my mom and we needed help.

My mom is there and has been for about 2 years. It’s always hard to know that your loved one is going to have to live in a facility. Well , she is 88. She has had a little memory problem. Also she has arthritis. When we put her in there we thought it would be something she would object to. But she loves it there! I go visit and every time I go she is either getting her nails done by a volunteer, playing bingo, playing trivia, in Bible study. The staff is always sweet to her. I asked her if she wanted to try a different place and she said NO! They are good to me. I also sit with her at lunch a lot. The food is always good looking and it’s always way more than she can eat. She had a few health issues ..they were on it! I’m happy and grateful. I would not ever exaggerate a review to mislead someone. Especially with the health and happiness of a human. All the staff has been very nice. And again..SHE loves it there. Oh yes and they have parties with music on holidays. People come in and play music. All kinds of fun.

My mom was recently at madison point for over a month and I cannot tell you how happy I am with how it went. The place is always clean and I did not come across one mean person.Everybody is very helpful and friendly. My mom is not one to exercise and she loved going to therapy, Because all the therapists are great.If you're considering going here, do it, you will not be disappointed. We actually did a walk through before we went.And were very pleased, don't hesitate to do a walk through anywhere.You decide to send your loved one

Madison Point is the third rehab I have been in from my accident and I must say it was the best PT department. They helped me a lot to improve my walking ability. Also I have to mention the wonderful ladies that took care of me Dawn and Candy & Natasha they were great. Everything seemed to run smoother when Dawn was working. I could hear the other girls calling her for help and guidance. The one thing I would like to see change is the food!!! Thanks so much
