We recently placed my sister in Lynnwood and it was the hardest decision I have ever made in my life! Katelynn has been an absolute godsend, answering any question I have about the admissions process and helping me get her admitted as quickly as possible. My sister has dementia and came in for rehab first. Her first night was a nightmare for us and we both cried. A sweet angel named Martha walked right in saying, "No crying now. Tonight you gonna let Ms. Martha love on you." I left with tears in my eyes because I knew she would be taken care of just as if I were there myself. Over the next few days, I met many of her neighbors and many other staff as well, who were WONDERFUL to her! I can't say enough about the level of care the residents here receive. It's obvious the employees LOVE their job and their residents. I see the smile on Melissa's face as she leads the activities and it makes me excited to pitch in and help out with activities however I can. My sister told me on Day 3 "Thank you for finding me my new home. I love it here!" Thank you Lynnwood for giving my sister her life back, for giving her such amazing days full of love and activities! Y'all give her a level of medical care with activities and companionship that her advancing disease stopped me from doing. I will forever recommend Lynnwood to everyone I meet!

I took my youth group to the facility to help serve Thanksgiving dinner. It was such a good experience! The staff knew all of their patients by name and you could clearly see the love they had for them. I was pleasantly surprised that they even knew who was there to visit whom. It seemed more like a family gathering than a facility dinner. I have had the opportunity to visit several other times and it is always clean and neat. If I needed to put my parents in a facility, they would be at the top of my list!

My mother has been a resident at Lynwood for over two and a half years.. my mother has Parkinson’s and we were unable to care for her anymore at home.. We definitely were uneasy with this transition, not only for her, but for our family.. The first person we met was Kevin in admissions, it was late on Friday of Memorial Day weekend and he took his time even stayed after hours to get the paper finalized to get Mom moved that weekend.. Lynwood’s administration, nurses, all rehab staff, CNA‘s , assistants and all staff were so welcoming and made the transition not only for Mom, but for our whole family, just a wonderful experience When your family has to make these hard decisions for your loved ones. it is so hard and heartbreaking but with Lynwood’s care and their positive attitudes we felt at ease and comfort and that’s what’s most important. We know that mom is safe and cared for and that is the most important thing to our family.. I visit with my mom if not daily every other day and it is so reassuring that when I am welcomed by name, it makes you feel part of the Lynwood family and I just want to thank everyone for that. I know sometimes I can be demanding but I just want the best, not only for my Mom, but for all residents there and including the staff.. again thank you to everyone At Lynwood for making my mom feel part of your family ..

I have a sister in law at Lynwood. She came for the rehab then stayed. Eventually she moved to the memory care unit. My experience has been very good and I trust them with my love one. The administrative staff, social services, business office, transportation, nursing, caregivers, therapist are all genuinely caring individuals. My sister in law is taken care of by individuals who know her likes, dislikes, and quirks. Individuals who treat her with dignity and kindness. I appreciate not only their caring but also their communication with me. It feels like family.

I received terrific medical care, therapy services, great food, and enjoyed the activities. I had a CNA in particular that went above and beyond for me. They had Phenomenal housekeeping and kept my room very clean. I would recommend this facility in all regards for patient care.
