They are having problems keeping dietitian and helpeyrsl for cooks. Thy need class training for back * surgeries. It's been ruff. In speaking with others...they (patients) would like a work space for Craft projects (hobbys). All in all extra help is needed. They have a physician which comes on Fridays (very nice) and I am told 24 hr Nursing. Most all are curtious. The physical fitness workers are fantastic with support not only in body but "mentally".MC

Staff was friendly and helpful in finding my way around the facility. The facility was very quiet and clean. Atmosphere was pleasant and calm.

Place is great. They treat my Nana with dignity and respect ! You cannot put a price on that. Plus the staff is always really helpful and always there for us in our time of need. Highly recommended.

My ex-mother-in-law was just moved to Knollwood Healthcare on the 15th of August. The doors are locked 🔒 for the patients safety. I really like this feature. You hit a buzzer to be buzzed in and out. You have to sign in at the desk via phone with printer attached to it to take your picture. Answer a few questions by shaking your head after signing in. Take the sticker it gives you and wear it on you. Their is plenty of staff nearby if the patients need anything. This place is 1000% better than the hospital that kept her for almost two months and never figured out what was wrong with her. Providence is where she was but I feel much better now that she's in Knollwood Healthcare.

My mom is thriving here, and she truly loves it. The staff is exceptional—they're not only incredibly attentive and well-trained but also very friendly and accommodating. We're so grateful for the wonderful care they provide. Please keep up the great work, and thank you!
