AVOID this facility at all costs! ITS TERRIBLE and absolutely DANGEROUS to put a loved one at this locations Yes, it’s a new facility and the grounds are kept clean but patient rooms are absolutely NASTY as staff refuses to clean past sweeping the floors. Our family member is incontinent and she was forced to sit in urine until we went up there and cleaned it. The staff is absolutely horrible, lazy, untrained, have NO CLUE on prescription distribution and could care less about the residents but all that starts with upper management. Upper mgmt is just as bad. This location changed to skilled nursing and FORCED our family member out. But…that was a blessing in disguise as she’s in a much better facility.<br><br>i don’t have enough time to say how absolutely terrible, and terrifying, this location is from the top to the bottom but I felt a responsibility to at least submit this review. Please understand this is not sour grapes….our family member could not have been treated worse and I wanted to alert as many people as possible. I won’t stop with this review either and plan to put this location on BLAST. I have no idea how anyone could give this place anything over a 1 star rating. I’d give zero stars if that was an option. I promise you…any person giving this place a 4 or 5 star rating has either worked there or was paid to do it. Again…..AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
