Do not go to this facility for yourself or any family members. I my view, this facility is a death sentence. Realizing this is a rehabilitation facility. However, the doctors and staff should have the training and ability to recognize when a patient needs to be transported to the hospital. Our mother was there for about a week. Her condition kept declining each day. The doctor would come by order test, but those test were never done. After being there for five days we finally called 911 to take her to the hospital. Once at the hospital they found she had an infection and she was septic. In addition her cardiac blood levels were elevated into the critical range. She was admitted to ICU for treatment and hopefully recover. We call Luxe Rehab center, it took two days and ten phone messages left with the admissions before a doctor called back. This discussion was useless and nothing but the doctor giving nonsense excuses. It would be interesting the see the amount of deaths that take place at the facility. The doctors that are attending there are nothing sort of Medicare population reduction personnel. In addition, this facility is beyond filthy and completely unsanitary. Do your research before utilizing this facility.

ZERO 🌟 STARS This place is awful! They will kill your family member. The staff changes patients twice a day at best. My family member became septic and they left them to die until the family called 911 to the go to the facility to bring them to the hospital. They leave old food rotting in the rooms. Administration makes excuses for poor care and neglect. They cake on powder and cream instead of properly changing patients. STAY AWAY from this place!

Hats off to Luxe Rehabilitation Center in Wellington and my skilled Physical therapists and Occupational therapists there especially to the Director of Rehab. Janice Almonor and the DON Yvonne Shakes who helped me a lot to get my PT and OT , they were of great assistance to me during my recuperation & rehabilitation there. I personally found Cynthia & Nicola the two best therapists at Luxe and also Izzy, Theresa & Ann were also good and very helpful as well were others whose names I have forgotten as well was the PA assistant Anthony, I also want to sincerely thank all of the hard working CNA's & Nurses who also assisted me. Thank you Luxe Rehab. Center of Wellington from the bottom of my heart. Bob Mennealy

We drove 5 hours from Gainesville, FL to get my brother in law to your facility. Wonderful greetings from arrival to room and bed. The Saturday evening shift was outstanding. The Sunday morning shift was equally strong with one exception....the dispensary nurse "Brad" needs a lesson in bed side manners. That said, this rehab was worth the drive.

My mother was brought to this facility for rehab, the staff was very supportive and helpful during this process. The social worker Dora has been great with us in the transition of getting my mother long term facility. Always willing to help us with any questions that we have. The staff here at Luxe is great with my mother as well. Ben the nursing supervisor has helped us as well with questions regarding the care she has received. Always greeted with a smile when checking in at desk. Rooms are cleaned daily, nurses are available to give updates as well as the aides on the shift as well. Also the PT is very good here my mother looks forward to going everyday and always a lot of activities going on like movie, bingo and religious services as well Thanks for all your help and support.
