My loved one had fallen and needed to be in an assisted living facility, Loving Care Cottages was recommended to me, and I am so glad that I was able to move her there. They took wonderful care of her and kept me updated every step of the way. They are a loving family run business, and I am grateful for all they did for her.

The Loving Care Cottages team provided a great experience and level of care for my mom. They were also great for me to deal with as a family member. The communication was excellent and far more personable than what we experienced at another facility. Their ratio of caregiver to resident was much better. Also, their facility felt like a home whereas other facilities feel very sterile or hospital like. I would highly recommend Loving Care Cottages. Not to mention, they were much more affordable than other Memory Care facilities.

Although we have not yet visited Loving Care in person, our experience with their team has been outstanding. From our initial contact, we were impressed by the warmth and professionalism of everyone we spoke to. Cory, the head of management, truly stands out. He took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made us feel confident that Loving Care is the right choice for our loved one. Cory’s passion for providing exceptional care is clear, and it’s reassuring to know that someone with such commitment is at the helm. The staff’s kindness and attentiveness, as conveyed through our communications, have given us great peace of mind.
