Nice visit today Kevin … nursing staff always welcoming, and willing to answer all questions. They are taking EXCELLENT care of my brother. I am so happy he is at Lord Chamberlin and close by. His room is always clean and uncluttered and he always has his walker, and or wheelchair close by to use. They allow him to be as independent as possible. I am so happy with the nursing staff! I have worked at many nursing homes and Lord Chamberlin is far the BEST! Love the way they did lobby over, new furniture and kept very clean. His room could have been slightly cooler🥵

Do not send your family members to this facility. They provide unacceptably poor care and neglect patients. My family member went two full weeks without a shower until we repeatedly complained. Furthermore, the nurses repeatedly left prescription medications unattended in the room without confirming they were taken, which is a massive safety hazard. The administrative staff is completely unhelpful; Case Manager Diane and Social Worker Pam were dishonest, rude, and spoke badly about our family to other staff. We are filing an official report with the state. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Especially the night staff. The rooms are very clean. When visiting I do not feel rushed. Questions are answered with kindness. My mom’s second day in rehab and she told me when I leave I want to buy something for them. That’s a great sign!

I went to Lord Chamberlain to visit someone and I was very pleased with their check-in process. You just go right to the kiosk and punch in your name and stuff and room was very big and clean and they were very attentive. They even asked if I had questions, I was just very pleased . The staff was friendly, smiling, which is a plus..

I bring my husband at lord chamberlain rehabilitation I meet CHRISTIAN his a supervisor there his is very nice and kind and friendly I really good I give a 5 star, CHRISTIAN IS always check my husband if it’s ok! He make sure everything ok, Everytime I come there to visit my husband he always come and checks my husband! He always go to check other patient..to make sure the are ok I also I meet other Filipino nurse there are very nice, the staff was nice to ! the always smile the always come check my husband! good vibes,, and the room was big too! Nice! thank you ChristiAN for your kindness! And care good job
