My grandmother just recently came to this center, staff is saying she’s crazy when she explains to me that there is no tv in her room. Which there is no tv in her room I bring my young daughter to come visit my grandmother we had to go across the street for her to use the bathroom the bathroom here was filled with feces on the floor and the seats in each stall there’s no reason they don’t have the proper people cleaning in here and this is how people get sick and stay in these types of environments. They also don’t allow company in their rooms which is understandable but because of how they’re keeping the bathroom downstairs in the lobby area I can only imagine how the rest of the place is these aren’t suitable living condition I bring food for her because she isn’t Kosher and they don’t have a proper area for her to warm her food either someone needs to do some explains these older folks deserve better living conditions next time I see these things I will be posting pictures
