These guys were hands down the best facility. They took really good care of my mom for the end of her life. She was left In soiled briefs at the other facilities that I had her at. Not here though, they were on top of it. Her hair and nails were always done. The day she passed, most of the staff were in tears. I’m so grateful for their selfless service.

I live near this facility, about a block away. My only experience with them was tonight. I was opening my windows before bed(9:00pm) and for 10 minutes I heard what sounded like a goat or animal. I finally go outside and can clearly hear a man yelling for help. I finally track down a man named Chuck with his wheel stuck outside in the cold. I got his chair unstuck however his chair had died because of how lomg he was attempting to save himself.

When I walked into the building to inform someone I found a few staff just talking amongst themselves completely oblivious to a potentially fatal incident.

The lack of care and awareness for someone's loved one is inexcusable.. one of the things that stuck with me from this interaction was chuck saying: "I've been out here trying to get help for an hour... im so tired".

Candie at Lomond Peak really cares about her residents. She is always a pleasure to work with. She has helped find housing for residents after they graduate from rehab, making sure they find the perfect fit where they will be taken care of.
