About Interim HealthCare of Layton

Interim HealthCare of Layton provides home healthcare services in Layton, Utah, offering support ranging from short-term assistance after hospital stays to long-term help with everyday tasks, as well as specialized medical care and daily companionship. Since 2014, the veteran-owned, woman-owned, and family-owned business has served families seeking to keep their loved ones safe and comfortable at home.

The agency offers experienced caregivers trained to support dementia and neurological conditions, with a large caregiver roster designed to find appropriate matches for families. Services include mobility support, meal preparation, personal care, companionship, and supervision for conditions such as dementia or Parkinson's disease. The company stands behind its care with a 93% Better Guarantee: if after six weeks families feel their life has not improved dramatically, the seventh week of care is provided at no cost, with no long-term contracts required.

Interim HealthCare Utah maintains a background in healthcare staffing that allows rapid response when families suddenly need help, often dispatching a registered nurse for assessment quickly and beginning care immediately. The organization emphasizes reliability, professional standards in training and background screening, and an approach centered on supporting independence rather than taking control of clients' lives.

The company specifically serves veterans in Layton, helping eligible individuals navigate Department of Veterans Affairs home care benefits and access earned support. The founder's personal experience as a veteran who faced brain cancer and resulting physical challenges shapes the organization's commitment to honoring veteran service through dependable care delivered with respect and professionalism.

Core to the agency's approach is understanding the emotional challenges seniors and families face as health and independence change. Interim HealthCare Utah approaches client relationships as it would its own family members' care, focusing on helping people maintain dignity, independence, and peace of mind during transitions in health and capability.

Politically biased leadership and unprofessional conduct and conversations handled behind closed doors. Would not recommend for employment.

Jordan, Lora and the whole Interim Family has truly been a breath of fresh air in the healthcare industry. They are some of the kindest and most amazing people to work with. I recommend them 100%

Such a great company to work along side with when a family is in need of help for their loved one. I would recommend their care for anyone needing additional support. It’s been a great way to keep patients in the comfort of their homes.

I have had so many great experiences with this company and certainly see first hand how hard they work to take care of the facilities they staff for, the clients they care for and for working so well with their staff.

I wouldn't recommend this place in a million years. For one they treat their employees terrible, they don't train their employees. I guess having 4 hours of training is enough to know what your doing. They are always wanting to argue no matter the situation and never want to hear what you have to say. I never seen a more unprofessional business in my life.
