I get a call, I have to see you tomorrow. So I moved something around. And then thats how it went the next time. No, " do you have time available this day?" It was rude, inconvenient, and I'm really easy to work with. Just be respectful. When I couldn’t move a doctor's appointment because I've had it for months, she quit. The same with the PT. If you’re not just strictly home-homebound, without other doctor's I'm sure they're fine. However they showed up unannounced and wanted to ask HIPAA questions through my Ring doorbell for the neighborhood to hear. And months later, still calling after im no longer a client asking HIPAA related questions 🙃 I don't trust them at all. My balance sucks, my mobility isn't that great, however these companies do not have our best interests at heart.

My dad was put on hospice 5days before he died and this company was a joke we never met the actual nurse when we were told we would be. And when we had questions we got snipped at. And than they made us feel like my dad was more of a after thought not even a thought or even important enough to do anything with him. They would come once a day and it would be really late at night just to clean him and thats it nothing more I don't recommend them they are a very dysfunctional hospice care place them and Thatcher brook both jokes

Atlas home hospice has been amazing at taking care of my mom! We started at the hospital, went to skilled nursing home then back home. They were all so helpful and caring! Our nurse Sydney and CNA Crysten were the best!!! I am a nurse and this team was top notch!
