While looking for an assisted living facility for my mom, we were referred to Lino Lakes Assisted Living. From the moment I spoke to Cheryl, the director of sales and marketing, on the phone, to the incredible tour of the facility by Cheryl, I knew that this would be a good fit for my mom. Everyone we encountered there were so friendly. We loved the layout of the building and the property was very clean and well maintained. The units for the residents were very spacious. There were so many positives about this place. Mom and I are both looking forward to the next chapter and I am at peace now knowing she is going to be well taken care of in her final stage of life.

While we ultimately chose a different community for my dad, I wanted to recognize Cheryl for her exceptional kindness and integrity. She was honest, compassionate, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for my dad—even if it wasn’t at her facility. She went above and beyond to help us during a stressful time, checked in on us regularly, and treated our family with so much care and respect. We are incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend working with her!

So far...SO EXCELLENT!!! My experience with Lino Lakes A.L has been uplifting and positive. Administrators, help staff, and even the maintenance personnel have been on point professional and accommodating to me, my wife and my Aunt. Thank you for the excellent living conditions and environment my Aunt now enjoys at your facility..
