The filthiest facility I have ever been in…this building should have been demolished years ago. Only went because thought we had to. The managers . Coordinators are liars and rude. FYI if you leave. AMA you don’t get your meds to take with you so you suffer till they can be refilled. So 4 days without meds that were sent home from the hospital. Wouldn’t leave my dog there!

I just want to say that my experience at Linley Park was A+!!! The nursing staff takes such good care of you! Also the CNAs, administrative staff, the activity staff physical and occupational therapy, housekeeping, even the kitchen produced great food and that's hard to find at a nursing home! I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone that needs physical therapy or if they have a loved one that needs extra special care I would definitely make this their permanent home! They really do go out of their way to make sure that your stay here is a positive experience!<br>Thank you Linley Park!!❤️<br>Virginia Ray

Reporting this place to dhec and Long-Term Care Ombudsman immediately.<br>Mind you not all the employees at this place are bad so this is for the one that are bad.<br>The worst place to send your loved one!<br>Certain nurses don't come when needed, they don't turn patients as needed, and they will ignore a call for help bc they aren't ready to move yet.<br>My mother stayed there for almost a month and came home with more bed sore and in worse condition than when she left. They will let patients sit in soiled underwear for hours.<br>They don't do enough therapy on patients and this what the facility is for.<br>If you love your people DO NOT LET THEM COME HERE. The nurses are rude and turn their badges backwards so they can't be told on when they don't do their job correctly.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I had a family member here and the care was completely unacceptable. He went hours without receiving his medication, and when he pressed the call button for help, no one responded for over 2 hours. He was left without anything to drink, and even breakfast was delayed long after others had been served. The lack of attention and urgency was alarming. We felt there was clear discrimination in how he was treated. We removed him after just one day. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Please think twice before trusting this place with your loved ones.
