They didn’t take care of my grandma the right way , my grandma asked for something and FATIMA never went back and took care of it for her. she was in pain and they never called us to let us know<br>until we got there and told us how much pain she was in.

I was referred by a friend to place my grandpa here for short-term care, and unfortunately, it was the biggest mistake. From the beginning, the admission process was a complete mess, and it felt like no one knew what they were doing.<br><br>I wanted to speak with the administrator, but unfortunately, I never even had the opportunity to meet him. He was never available, which was extremely frustrating. This was already a very difficult decision for our family, and not being able to have a conversation with administration made the experience even more unsettling.<br><br>Some of the nurses were very kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate those who cared for my grandpa. However, overall, the lack of communication, poor admissions experience, and lack of administrative support were extremely disappointing.<br><br>If you are looking for a good rehab facility, I highly recommend doing your research and considering other options in Visalia or Porterville.

We cannot begin to rave enough about the care our mom gets here!!!<br>Many family members have been residents over the years yet the smiles are still there!!<br>Mom wants for nothing mentality, physically and most important to us, emotionally.<br>We live in Florida so her care and happiness and well being are critical to us especially being so far away.<br>LINDSAY GARDENS ensures, we are updated consistently right down to her need for an aspirin for a headache.<br>We along with my mom are beyond blessed to have the entire team there ensuring her safety, happiness and well being.<br>We think they all walk on water!!!!!!

My father in law was here for rehab. Good staff, good food, great therapy team. Definitely not like other nursing homes we were being shoved to go to by Sierra View. It smells good & has a good atmosphere. The janitorial staff is very nice too! Honestly a 5 star facility is worth the 5-10 min drive! You either want a motel 6 down the street or a Hampton Inn 5-10 min drive. Idk bout you but I’d rather drive for great care than go down the street for subpar care.
