Stay AWAY from this guy! I`d give him a MINUS-10 star rating if I could. In my opinion, he is EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. He wanted to list my property for $100,000 IT SOLD FOR $218,000 CASH!!! I could have even got more than that, had I wanted to wait a little longer. HE WAS OFF BY A WHOPPING $118,000!..WOW! He should be ashamed of himself! I had half a notion of reporting him to NAR

If I could give no stars I would. Twice not once but twice did these people tell us we had the house we applied for. Even shook on it. Wasted our time. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Should not tell a applicant they “got” the place only to say no at the last minute. Literally were on our way to agency with money pulled out of the bank when they called and said it’s a no go??? This was not only agents but the supervisor as well.

Casey handled a rental for us, I never had to think or do anything. He did extensive inspections, great reporting, and got us more for our money.
